SHIPPING CHARGES

Sassy Sentiments does not charge for shipping on all cards.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AU ONLY)

All standard orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within approximately 3 business days.*

If you receive your shipment confirmation email over the weekend, your order will not be dispatched until the following business day after which your tracking will be enabled.

All orders will be sent with Australia Post. You will not be able to track your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (NZ ONLY)

At this stage sassysentiments.com.au delivers internationally to New Zealand ONLY. Orders will be received within 5-10 business days of the dispatch date.*

If you receive your shipment confirmation email over the weekend, your order will not be dispatched until the following business day after which your tracking will be enabled.

Please note we are unable to deliver to NZ PO Box Addresses

On rare occasions the customs agency may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security measure.

SHIPPING POLICY

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Sassy Sentiments is unable to deliver to a Parcel Locker address.

If the wrong address has been entered, Sassy Sentiments is not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered, Sassy Sentiments will inform you of this and process a refund. You will then be notified to advise when the refund has processed.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please Contact Sassy Sentiments within 7 working days of dispatch with your order number so that we may assist you. We will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers which can take up to 2 weeks to confirm with them that you have not received your parcel.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations Sassy Sentiments is required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

All international purchases are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however, they do not include any taxes or duties that may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

For New Zealand customers, customs charges may be payable when the value of the goods exceeds NZ$225. For information on what you may need to pay customs please check https://www.whatsmyduty.org.nz/

 

RETURNS POLICY

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely happy with your online purchase, please contact us at queries@sassysentiments.com.au and you may be advised to post the return to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

All eligible online returns require:

  • The return is made within 30 days of the date shown on the tax invoice.
  • Items must be in new and original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached.
  • Cards must not be written on or in.
  • Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.

Please note customers are responsible for the cost of postage for all returns, with the exception of faulty items. If your item is faulty, please contact our team to arrange a return in this instance.
